Fluently bilingual in English and French, Karlyn Dion is an emerging sustainability professional with eight years of combined work and volunteer experience. She brings excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, complemented by a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and work independently with initiative. Skilled in environmental leadership and time management, she has developed expertise through diverse roles in municipal policy, operations, and international exchange.
Karlyn is currently pursuing a Master of Environmental Studies (MES) in Sustainability Management at the University of Waterloo (2024–2026), building on her Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Resources and Sustainability (Co-op). Her academic journey also includes an exchange semester in Natural Agriculture at the University of Western Australia.
